Stephanie is originally from Louisiana. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and French, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.  After college, she traveled the world as a flight attendant based in New York City.

In 2001, she moved to Paris, France, to achieve her goal of becoming fluent in French. While in France, she met her husband, Christophe Nouvellet, a renowned Thoroughbred Bloodstock Agent, who introduced her to the world of horse racing.

In 2013, they moved to Kentucky to raise their children on a farm in Bourbon County. She has been a real estate agent since 2014, with the addition of her broker’s license both in Kentucky and Louisiana as well as broker's cooperation in France. respectively in 2022 and 2024. She was at Biederman Real Estate for over ten years in Kentucky before becoming principal broker for JONES-NOUVELLET Farm Real Estate. She specializes in representing buyers and sellers of Thoroughbred horse farms and farm land.
